| 1. Do I have to be home when you clean? |
| No. The greatest majority of our clients are not home when we clean.
As a matter of fact it is so much more pleasant for you as the homeowner
to arrive home after we have cleaned and gone. Additionally we do
our best work when we are not interrupted. |
| 2. How do you get in? |
| We need access to your home via a key or garage code. The majority
of our clients provide us with a front door key. Some clients give
us access to a "lock-box" which holds a front door key.
Others share the garage door code with us. Please feel confident that
your front door key and/or any codes we have are never associated
with your name and/or your address. |
| 3. How do I pay? |
| Payment is made at the time of each and every cleaning. Simply leave
a check made out to "Partners in Grime Cleaning"on the kitchen
counter in an envelope with "Partners in Grime" written
on it for security. Because we operate with only verbal agreements
our policy is "No Check - No Clean" and there may be a trip
charge added on if we arrive to clean and there is no check. |
| 4. Do I have to sign a contract? |
| No. We operate with only verbal agreements based on an original
bid acceptance. |
| 5.What do I have to provide you with? |
| You provide absolutely nothing. We provide all of the supplies and
equipment we will need to clean your home. |
| 6. What if I have to cancel? |
| We understand cancellations sometimes come up. We request as much
notice as you can possibly provide. 48 hrs is reasonable. We reserve
the right to determine if this is being abused. |
| 7. What if I need to change my clean date? |
| Changing a clean date often is not advisable. It affects the entire
customer schedule. If you have a one time need to change or you would
like to consider a permanent change please communicate this to us
with as much notice as possible. We will make every attempt to accommodate
your request. In most cases we can make it work. |
| 8. Can I leave you a list of things to do? |
| No. It is important for our cleaning process, flow and procedure
that we perform the same work at every home. Our products and processes
have been tested and proven over our many years in business. Please
feel free to leave us a note at anytime with quality issues or comments.
|
| 9. What should I do to prepare for my cleaning day? |
| Daily chores should be done prior to our arrival such as general
clutter control and pick up. Dishes should be done and stairs should
be cleared. |
| 10. What about the dog? |
| Most dogs are absolutely no trouble at all if left inside with us.
They have become very comfortable with us and us with them. Please
do not leave your dog in the house if he is prone to be aggressive.
